Dennis Mills

Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mills served as Vice-President at Magna from 1984 to 1987, where he again worked over the past several years. Mr. Mills served as a Member of Parliament in Canada's federal parliament from 1988 to 2004. While a Member of Parliament, Mr. Mills was Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry from 1993 to 1996, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs from 1993 to 1995 and the Chair of the Committee studying the Industry of sport in Canada. Mr. Mills was the Senior Policy Advisor to the Cabinet Committee on Communications (1980-1984), Advisor to the Minister of Energy (1980-1981), Senior Advisor to the Minister of Multiculturalism (1980), and Senior Communications Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada, The Right Honourable Pierre Elliott Trudeau (1980-1984).

Don Cameron

Chief Operating Officer

Don Cameron has served as our Chief Operating Officer since September 2006. For two years prior to that, Mr. Cameron worked as a consultant to the company in his capacity as a president of Noremac Property Holdings Limited which, through subsidiaries, invests in residential and land developments. From 1987-1995, Mr. Cameron was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the real estate development company MICC Properties Inc. and from 1985-1987, he was a Senior Vice President with the Continental Bank of Canada / Lloyds Bank of Canada. Mr. Cameron was previously Vice President Finance and Treasurer of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation. In addition, he has held positions in The Toronto Dominion Bank and the Clydesdale Bank.

Rocco Liscio

Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer

From 2006 to most recently, Rocco Liscio served as Chief Financial Officer for Groupworks Financial Corp., a group benefits and pension advisory firm consolidator based in Markham, Ontario. Prior to that, Mr. Liscio was the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Richards Packaging Income Fund, a leading packaging distributor in North America; from 1999 to 2003, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Royal LePage Commercial Inc. (now Cushman and Wakefield Canada), a national commercial real estate services company; and from 1992 to 1998, he held several financial roles at Wang Canada Ltd., including Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant.
